Delivery Costs and info
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our online store is open, and shipping times are normal.
Simply Safe Home delivers to Ireland, the UK and EU. Rates may vary depending on the size of your order and shipping destination. If your rate varies from our published rates we will contact you in advance of shipping your order.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Our aim is to deliver your Simply Safe Home purchase to you as soon as possible. All deliveries will be made between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Deliveries can be made to a home or business address but please be aware that when a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.
Please note that items sold will only be delivered to the address specified on your order. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a card will be left with further instructions.

We reserved the right to amend the delivery cost and notify you of any changes prior to charging you. Higher rates may apply and these costs are only indicative.
Is it possible to get a partial delivery?
While we always try to group your order into as few deliveries as possible, during peak times and sale periods some orders may be part dispatched from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. If you have any queries about your order, please email info@simplysafehome.ie.
Please note that for orders outside the EU, customs fees are covered at the customer's expense.
Customs & Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional import and custom charges which will be payable in cash or cheque on delivery. You may be contacted by your local customs office prior to delivery. Simply Safe Home advises that import and customs charges and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.
